Promotional Scheme for the new pre-paid Broadband Customers with their own modem on promotional basis for a period of 90 days in all the circles

1. New pre-paid Broadband customers who provide their own modem will be provided prepaid BB account without any installation charges and 100 MB complementary balance with 15 days validity.

2. To continue the prepaid broadband account after its creation, the customer has to recharge his account by purchasing any of the prepaid BB recharge vouchers as per his choice.

3. The above promotional scheme shall be available w.e.f. 10-07-2011, only to the prospective pre-paid Broadband customers who provide their own modem on promotional basis for 90 days in all the circles .

4. All other terms and conditions currently applicable to New Broadband applicants shall remain the same.

BSNL Customer Care

There is a BSNL customer care centre at Statue trivandrum which will operate from 8 to 8.All landline registrations,broadband registrations,payment of telephone,mobile bills,issue of sim cards,top up recharge...etc everything will be processed here.
